You can review it, ask questions and refine the scope together. There is no binding commitment at any stage.

Price is driven by scope, level of integration, design requirements and timeline. Instead of forcing a fixed package, we cost the work you actually need.

Once discovery outputs are clear, we provide an itemised, transparent quote so you can see exactly where your budget goes.

For projects with a clear scope we prefer a fixed price, which gives you predictability. For evolving software whose scope isn't fully defined upfront, we set up a phased/incremental model.

Whichever model applies, we clearly define what's included in the contract; out‑of‑scope work proceeds separately and only with your approval.

Yes. We create a staged payment plan based on the scope and deliverables. Payments are tied to completed delivery milestones.

This way each payment maps to a concrete output, and there is no requirement to pay the full amount upfront.

New features and improvements that arise after delivery are priced per project or as monthly development packages, depending on the size of the need. For small tweaks we keep some flexibility.

Yes. After launch we offer maintenance, monitoring and ongoing development support. The scope is defined together based on your needs, the system's criticality and your priorities.

We don't just deliver and walk away; if you wish, we stay on as a long‑term technology partner.

We respond to critical (system‑down) issues with priority and speed. Customers with a maintenance agreement receive support within defined response times (SLA).

You can raise support requests by email or phone and get a response prioritised according to severity.

Yes. For a defined period after delivery we fix bugs and defects arising from the project's scope free of charge. The warranty period and coverage are clearly defined in the contract.

The warranty covers software defects within the agreed scope. New features and out‑of‑scope requests are treated as separate development.

No, it's not mandatory. However, especially for always‑on systems, we recommend a maintenance agreement for security updates, backups and small improvements.

Even without a maintenance plan, you can request on‑demand support when needed. We assess together which model suits you.

Your data is processed only within the project scope by authorised team members and is never shared with third parties.
